About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manufacture, finish, inspect, and pack ceramic cores
- Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
- Cross-train in various operational areas
- Work second shift from 3–11 PM
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be reliable and able to work a full-time schedule
- Satisfactory pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required)
- Must be a citizen of the United States, permanent resident alien of the United States, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) and 22 CFR 120.15
- No experience needed; training provided
