Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate machinery and use tools to meet production goals

Requirements

  • The ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules
  • Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and manual handling duties
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to spot potential issues before they become bigger problems
  • A team-first approach and willingness to learn different processes across the production floor
