About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate machinery and use tools to meet production goals
- Maintain high production standards by adhering to quality and safety protocols
- Cross-train in various roles within the Production department
- Report equipment malfunctions, process deficiencies, and unsafe conditions
- Complete production documentation and ensure products meet customer specifications
- Perform daily risk assessments at the beginning of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Work with Min-K flex or metal sheets to produce heat shield products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment is helpful, but not required
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and doing the job right first time
- Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules
- Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and manual handling duties
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues before they become bigger problems
- Team-first approach and willingness to learn different processes across the production floor
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work 2nd shift, 2:15pm–10:45pm, with a 30-minute lunch
