Key responsibilities & impact

Own signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion growth surfaces end to end
Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that improve growth metrics
Build full-stack experiences across frontend and backend
Own, measure, and improve conversion and activation metrics
Form hypotheses, test them, and iterate quickly based on data
Ship production growth projects and drive real conversion outcomes
Collaborate closely with data and product-focused teams
Participate in a paid work trial involving delivery of a real growth project to production

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–12 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
Hands-on growth work as an individual contributor at an early- or growth-stage startup
Strong full-stack engineering experience with growth or PLG products
Personally owned and improved a conversion, activation, or funnel metric
Experience running real A/B tests and discussing results
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js
Experience with developer-facing products such as SDKs, playgrounds, APIs, or other developer tools
Understanding of developer product adoption
Product judgment and ability to operate without detailed specifications
Regular use of modern AI coding tools
Track record of completing work end to end
Willingness to work quickly, ship, measure, and iterate
Candidates must currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area or be willing to relocate
Open to visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers; additional sponsorship may be discussed for exceptional candidates
Nice to have: experience with in-product growth surfaces at a developer-tools or SaaS company
Nice to have: experience with Tailwind, Vercel, PostgreSQL, Python, SQL, or product analytics tools
Nice to have: production LLM experience, prompt engineering, tool use, inference pipelines, or LLM APIs
Nice to have: internal tooling adopted by growth or product teams
