About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end projects for corporate clients and internal partners
- Provide operational support across Equity Edge Online and Shareworks equity administration platforms
- Execute assigned projects across automation, data analysis, corporate action, and administrative support disciplines
- Provide expertise in equity compensation practices, trends, and programs to clients
- Support client relationships and service management by delivering timely and accurate responses to information requests
- Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Client Success Management, Implementation, third-party vendors, and channel partners
- Implement automated and integrated solutions supporting client equity compensation plan requirements
- Rapidly understand each client's equity compensation plans
- Contribute to process enhancement and product development
- Ensure successful project outcomes, client satisfaction, and service quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related field
- Proficiency in software and web applications, including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn new tools as necessary
- Familiarity with MS Access is a plus
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Additional languages are an asset
- Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts
- Willingness to learn and comply with international regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable learning and working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with stock plan administration systems such as Equity Edge Online, Shareworks, or Global Intelligence is preferred but not required
- CEP Level 1 certification is desirable but not required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
