About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interface with Managers and Advisors to help them understand and model the economic impact when a partnering Advisor retires
  • Support all phases of the Advisor Retirement lifecycle, including execution of the Firm’s Advisor Legacy Program policy
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with retiring Advisors and Managers to drive alignment and timely decision-making
  • Lead Advisor book review processes to align on clients and economic impact, including joint production number equity splits and multipliers
  • Provide training to Field Managers and Advisors on best practices for client and Advisor retention during retirements
  • Work with Legal, Risk, Compliance and HR to reduce retirement-related risk
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Senior Leadership by delivering executive-ready reporting, analytics and visualizations
  • Build relationships with corporate partners to develop and implement strategic retirement-process initiatives
  • Develop AI agents and automation to improve operational efficiency and accelerate results
  • Translate data into recommendations and action plans, identify trends, and deliver initiatives with quality, accuracy and timeliness
  • Potentially manage people

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Wealth Management and/or relevant financial services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Co-Pilot)
  • Comfort with AI platforms, prompting and basic usage
  • Proactive and collaborative teammate, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, align stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail
