About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue growth in the assigned market
  • Execute strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Provide ongoing practice management coaching and proactive ideas to Financial Advisors
  • Coordinate local, regional, and national initiatives
  • Maintain working knowledge of the Firm’s full suite of products and tools
  • Position major product capabilities against suitable client needs and refer inquiries to appropriate internal partners
  • Develop strategic and tactical business plans to drive positive results
  • Grow and develop Financial Advisors’ practices through training, education, and one-on-one conversations
  • Engage Product Partners to ensure Financial Advisors receive training and knowledge of existing and new tools and resources
  • Deliver initiatives to branches, complex offices, and Financial Advisors through multiple methods
  • Conduct desk-to-desk rollouts of key initiatives
  • Perform deep-dive book reviews and segmentation
  • Execute tactical campaigns
  • Procure and facilitate outside resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, as a Financial Advisor with satisfactory production and compliance record, or in a comparable product area or management role
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Active Series 7 and 66 licenses, or Series 63 and 65 licenses, required upon hire or within 120 days of hire date
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish alignment between different stakeholders’ expectations and strategies
  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills
  • Confident, flexible, and resilient team player
  • Ability to adapt style to build relationships across all levels
  • Ability to autonomously develop, deliver, and execute strategic plans
