About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support top Financial Advisors in business development and client engagement
- Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies
- Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies, including social media, website content, and segmented communication campaigns
- Develop structured communication cadences to increase meaningful client touchpoints and deepen relationships
- Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and recommend client-experience improvements
- Support workplace engagement initiatives and communicate the value of financial advisor partnerships
- Apply financial planning tools to gather client information, build and analyze plans, and communicate results and next steps
- Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and support end-to-end onboarding
- Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and selected investment and insurance solutions
- Create and present business insights, reports, and readouts for Financial Advisors and leadership
- Participate in licensing, training, assessments, networking, and professional development throughout the two-year-and-three-month program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of academic success
- Prior professional experience is an asset but not required
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing
- Completion of Series 7 and 63 exams within the provided timeframe
- Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills
- Professional presence, numerical aptitude, and comfort with data/metrics
- Organizational skills, analytic mindset, and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, processes, and tools
- Experience in prompt engineering and strong understanding of AI tools and technologies preferred
- Hands-on experience optimizing AI-driven solutions preferred
- High motivation and commitment to working hard in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure and time constraints
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
