About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to stock option and share purchase plan executive-level participants
  • Work with issuer executive teams on complex issues including establishing 10b5-1 plans, 144 filings, share gifting, and money movement
  • Address customer needs and challenges sensitively, efficiently, and in a timely manner
  • Use Shareworks and other online tools to respond to client inquiries
  • Respond to participant complaints and resolve or appropriately escalate situations
  • Achieve daily benchmarks for call volumes and response accuracy
  • Follow established processes for privacy, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate closely with team members and share information appropriately
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and C-Suite clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Current SIE, Series 7 & 63 license required
  • Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service, particularly by phone and email
  • Understanding equity markets and trading is an asset but not a requirement
  • Flexibility to support a variety of shift times between Monday and Friday
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proven ability to triage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
