About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Financial Advisors in business development and client engagement
- Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies
- Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies
- Create social media and website content
- Develop segmented client communication campaigns and structured communication cadences
- Analyze client relationships and engagement data
- Deliver tactical recommendations to enhance the client experience
- Support workplace engagement initiatives
- Apply financial planning tools to gather client information, build and analyze plans, and communicate results and next steps
- Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions
- Support end-to-end onboarding to drive adoption of relevant capabilities
- Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and select investment/insurance solutions
- Create and present business insights, reports, and readouts for Financial Advisors and leadership
- Share best practices to continuously improve strategy
- Complete licensing, training, assessments, and professional development during the program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of academic success
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing
- Completion of Series 7 and 63 exams within the provided timeframe
- Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, processes and tools
- Experience in prompt engineering and a strong understanding of AI tools and technologies preferred
- Hands-on experience in optimizing AI-driven solutions preferred
- High motivation and commitment to working hard and staying organized in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure and time constraints
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require now or in the future sponsorship for employment visa status
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
