Requirements

What you’ll need

1–5 years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Analyst or Associate, or an MBA, with a proven track record working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong teambuilding skills
Experience modeling related to all relevant transactions
Bachelor’s degree is required
An MBA would be an asset
Series licensing or must obtain
