About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead operational oversight and modernization of the Real-Time Market Data team
Ensure platform stability, readiness, and successful infrastructure changes across approximately 200 production hosts
Drive TCM activities, mandatory software upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and post-checkout validations
Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using Python, Shell scripting, and AI-assisted development technologies
Build and maintain agentic workflows, reusable automation assets, and AI-driven development tools such as Copilot
Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams on deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and modernization initiatives
Drive continuous improvements in monitoring, automation, resiliency, and operational controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in Python, Shell scripting, and Linux
Experience with market data infrastructure, enterprise monitoring platforms, and operational tooling
Experience in infrastructure modernization, platform migrations, software deployments, and production change management across distributed systems
Ability to design and implement proactive monitoring, observability, and health-check frameworks
Experience in AI-assisted software development and automation using GitHub, Copilot, and agentic workflows
Understanding of Linux-based infrastructure, application lifecycle management, scheduling frameworks, and production support processes
Experience collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
Ability to troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, and operational issues
Knowledge of market data systems, feed processing environments, and high-availability production platforms is preferred
Knowledge of French and English is required
