About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage cross-functional Executive Services initiatives from planning through execution
- Drive collaboration across internal business partners to advance Executive Services opportunities
- Manage and support a network of specialized Financial Advisors
- Coordinate across advisor teams, Field Management, and internal partners
- Interact with Financial Advisors to understand client needs, resolve issues, gather feedback, and improve advisor and client experiences
- Provide operational and strategic support, coordinate resources, develop materials, monitor open items, and resolve escalations
- Plan and execute training programs, including curricula, materials, presenters, logistics, sessions, and effectiveness measurement
- Support technology enhancement rollouts through requirements coordination, testing, communications, training materials, and feedback collection
- Identify and implement process enhancements across the Executive Services workstream
- Evaluate and improve end-to-end workflows with business, operations, technology, data, and compliance stakeholders
- Develop presentations, communications, and reporting on priorities, progress, feedback, and business insights
- Use data and performance indicators to assess adoption, outcomes, and optimization opportunities
- Participate in senior-level discussions and inform tactical execution and long-term Executive Services direction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–10 years in top-tier management consulting, technology, or financial services firm
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Wealth Management, Executive Services, 10b5-1, and/or Rule 144 expertise a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid financial modeling skills a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience working across teams and with senior leadership a plus
- Project management skills, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail- and results-oriented
- Strong team player, high energy, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Coding and data analytics skills a plus (SQL, Python, VBA, Dataiku, Tableau)
- AI-related skills
