About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Financial Advisors in business development through client engagement roles
  • Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies
  • Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies, including social media, website content, and segmented client communications
  • Develop communication cadences to increase client touchpoints and deepen relationships
  • Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
  • Support workplace engagement initiatives and communicate the value of financial advisor partnerships
  • Apply financial planning tools to gather client information, build and analyze plans, and communicate results and next steps
  • Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and support end-to-end onboarding
  • Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and investment/insurance solutions
  • Create and present business insights, reports, and readouts for Financial Advisors and leadership
  • Share best practices to improve strategy
  • Complete rigorous licensing, training, and assessments during the VEA Program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of academic success
  • Prior professional experience is an asset but not required
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing
  • Completion of Series 7 and 63 exams within the provided timeframe
  • Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, processes, and tools
  • Experience in prompt engineering and strong understanding of AI tools and technologies preferred
  • Hands-on experience optimizing AI-driven solutions preferred
  • High motivation and commitment to working hard and staying organized in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure and time constraints
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
  • Must have been out of the workforce for two or more years as of the January 2027 program start date
