About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Financial Advisors in business development through client engagement activities
- Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies
- Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies, including social media/website content and segmented communication campaigns
- Develop structured communication cadences to increase client touchpoints and deepen relationships
- Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
- Support workplace engagement initiatives and communicate the value of financial advisor partnerships
- Apply financial planning tools to gather client information, build and analyze plans, and communicate results and next steps
- Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and support end-to-end onboarding
- Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and selected investment and insurance solutions
- Create and present business insights, reports, and readouts for Financial Advisors and leadership
- Participate in rigorous licensing, training, and assessments
- Work with different Financial Advisors to understand how they run their practices and share best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of academic success
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing
- Series 7 and 63 exams must be completed within the provided timeframe
- Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, processes, and tools
- Experience in prompt engineering and strong understanding of AI tools and technologies preferred
- Hands-on experience optimizing AI-driven solutions preferred
- High motivation and commitment to working hard and staying organized in a competitive, fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure and time constraints
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
- Out of the workforce for two or more years as of the January 2027 program start date
- Prior professional experience is an asset but not required
