About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and improve a subset of the internal revenue product suite
- Maintain existing tools and lead net-new builds
- Potentially own the Sales Intelligence Platform, ad content CMS, Brand Safety Dashboards, Inventory Management System, or future products
- Work in a pod with a Senior Revenue PM, product engineers, a data engineer, and a product designer
- Lead projects end-to-end from discovery and user interviews through scoping, prioritization, testing, training, launch, and iteration
- Balance platform health with larger product initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and define product opportunities, requirements, and priorities
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, and routine work
- Define and track product success metrics
- Communicate tradeoffs, follow through on commitments, and keep revenue stakeholders informed
- Reduce manual or spreadsheet-based processes
- Make roadmap decisions balancing stakeholder needs and platform scalability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally at a media, consumer, or content company, or in an internal tooling role
- Comfortable working closely with revenue teams and curious about how they operate
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for prototyping, feedback synthesis, or reducing repetitive work
- Ability to question AI outputs and validate them with people and data
- Curiosity about how media businesses make money
- Strong user empathy and a track record of turning stakeholder pain points into lasting product improvements
- Strong critical-thinking and prioritization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized with keen attention to detail
- Resourceful, open-minded approach to unfamiliar problems and willingness to keep learning
