About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and improve SaaS applications, infrastructure, and end-user devices under the supervision of the Sr. Director of IT
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor SaaS applications
  • Maintain SSO and identity provider integrations
  • Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
  • Install and maintain LAN/WAN and other network infrastructure
  • Maintain documentation related to SaaS application policies, procedures, and features
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve user experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role with increasing responsibility
  • Experience implementing SSO with an identity provider (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
  • Thorough understanding of Google Workspace and other common workplace SaaS applications
  • Experience administering Jamf, including creating policies and profiles
  • Basic understanding of data types, REST API, and MCP servers
  • Experience using and managing LLM platforms and supporting others to use AI
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (OSI Model) and appliances
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Understanding of the intricacies of working with different departments, personalities, and challenges that IT is presented with
  • High degree of attention to detail, with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Passion for learning new tools and technologies while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bonus: experience in automation via scripting and/or integrations
  • Bonus: experience with IT compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc.)
  • Bonus: experience with Dante, NDI, and storage solutions
