About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand the inner workings of UKG Pro and use that understanding to serve clients’ needs
Partner with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
Build meaningful client relationships and advise clients on best use of their UKG systems
Partner internally to support customer needs across multiple service types
Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed
Complete client workflows and deliverables accurately and on time in accordance with SOPs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exposure to HRIS systems
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work
A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to have)
Experience using UKG Pro (nice to have)
Experience working in an HR Department (nice to have)
Obtain HR Services Delivery certification during first year
Pursue an additional UKG certification
Timely and accurate completion of client workflow or deliverables in accordance with SOPs
Developing consulting skill set, with strong grasp of outsourcing skill set
