Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical role, with demonstrated experience leading complex technical initiatives
Bachelorʼs Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
Advanced experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment processes
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including cloud architecture, infrastructure management, monitoring, performance optimization, scalability, security, and cost optimization
Proficiency with Powershell, Python, Bash, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including infrastructure security, software delivery security, system reliability, monitoring, and compliance
Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues, evaluate new technologies, and develop scalable solutions aligned with client and business requirements
Ability to learn new technologies and client environments quickly, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing project and business needs
Demonstrated initiative and ownership, including identifying work, defining actionable work items, recommending improvements, and driving solutions forward
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts and provide technical guidance in a client-facing consulting environment
Hands-on experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
Experience with JFrog Artifactory and JFrog Xray/Advanced Security; Nexus-to-Artifactory migration experience is a plus
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket Pipelines; Bamboo experience and on-premises-to-Bitbucket migration experience are a plus
Experience supporting Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, including PowerShell, WSL, APIs, and infrastructure automation
Familiarity with Bamboo, SonarQube, Nexus, and Splunk
Experience with VMware and Delinea/Thycotic
Experience in Agile/Sprint-based delivery environments and the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly Jira and Confluence; Rovo or Rovo Dev exposure is a plus
Experience working directly with enterprise technology vendors and vendor support organizations
