Own, architect, and implement visualization solutions reaching Motional’s customers
Collaborate with Autonomy, Perception, Mapping, and other cross-functional teams
Contribute to internal, on-vehicle visualization applications
Enhance and own automated UI testing best practices
Drive best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Ship quickly and iterate in a product-driven environment
Design intuitive experiences for complex, data-heavy workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency in C++ or Java
Clear communication skills and cross-functional capabilities
Ability to work with high ownership and autonomy
Great interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and delegate to engineers at various levels of seniority
Well-established technical design and documentation habit
Capability to work directly with customers to identify needs
E-Verify employment eligibility verification for newly hired employees
Previous experience with autonomous vehicles (bonus, not required)
Proficiency in Kotlin (bonus, not required)
Experience in Game Development or 3D Visualization (bonus, not required)
