About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage day-to-day efforts with key clients
  • Oversee internal project management flow for high-profile projects for major international brands
  • Serve as key contact for projects and delivery, managing communication and asset distribution
  • Manage workstreams including TVC, social, events, retail/shopper, POS/POP, digital, and partnerships
  • Strategically advise clients and develop ideas and solutions achieving business, marketing, and engagement objectives
  • Translate client assignments into briefs for creative teams
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, experiential leads, digital and social innovators, and client services teams
  • Deliver work on time, within project budgets, and exceeding expectations
  • Participate in agency big-idea thinking sessions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes
  • Foster deep client relationships and lead proactive communications
  • Present strategic and creative platforms to internal and external audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing integrated projects and accounts in a fast-paced advertising agency
  • Experience managing several clients and projects simultaneously
  • Exemplary organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust, rapport, and relationships
  • Strong understanding of owned social and experience shaping strategies connecting brand objectives, audience behaviors, and platform opportunities
  • Experience leading development and production of still and video assets from brief through final delivery
  • Experience with partnerships, shared IP, and creative collaborations
  • Experience crafting big idea briefs and guiding creative concept and design work
  • Experience creating and managing project budgets and timelines
  • Experience managing team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-starter mentality and sense of responsibility
