Key responsibilities & impact

Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights
Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes
Support Sales Operations as a strategic partner to Sales and Sales Ops leaders
Help scale Motive’s successful operations model and enable teams to focus on high-impact growth initiatives
Participate in technical assessment simulations involving raw data analysis, business narratives, Google Sheets, and SQL

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce
Knowledge of Apps Script, Hex and N8N preferred
SQL proficiency mandatory
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable mindset
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or a related field is encouraged
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous
Shortlisted candidates must complete a technical round with simulations reflecting real analyst scenarios
Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
