About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool, and Salesforce native reporting tools
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets across multiple systems
Partner with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into data requirements and insights
Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms to ensure leadership visibility into KPIs
Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement areas
Support cross-functional initiatives by building scalable, automated reporting solutions
Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams on data sources, definitions, and governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation
Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred)
Strong business acumen and KPI knowledge for Pre and Post Sales functions such as Support, Sales Engineering, Services/customer onboarding, and Customer Support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on accuracy
Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
Python/R for data manipulation and automation
Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present data insights to technical and non-technical audiences
