Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the evolution of MotorK's cloud infrastructure environment into a state-of-the-art AI-driven platform engineering team
  • Lead the cloud and infrastructure domain for MotorK, a leading SaaS company in the European automotive industry
  • Build and manage complex systems using AWS and Kubernetes
  • Develop/build the observability platform
  • Lead implementation of a mature SRE framework across company products and development teams
  • Ensure SLO/SLA commitments for customers
  • Evolve the CI/CD platform
  • Guide software development teams in adopting best practices in CI/CD, SRE, and infrastructure maintenance
  • Lead the cloud infrastructure team and champion best practices throughout MotorK's Technology organization
  • Make decisions autonomously in the cloud and infrastructure domain

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience (minimum of 8 years) working in a live production cloud infrastructure is essential
  • Experience in environments serving thousands of clients with SLA commitments is highly advantageous
  • Proven experience in production-critical environments with SRE framework adoptions is necessary
  • Experience developing/building an observability platform and leading implementation of a mature SRE framework across company products and development teams, ensuring SLO/SLA for customers
  • Obsessed on AI; everything should be AI First / AI driven / Done with AI
  • Good knowledge of cloud services, cloud architecture, cloud governance, and cost control
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure as code at scale
  • AWS governance experience, with a focus on security and networking
  • FinOps and cost controlling experience
  • Disaster recovery and business continuity in cloud environments
  • Solid experience in CI/CD tools and frameworks and DevOps adoption
  • Prior experience in team management
  • Ability to communicate effectively in senior management settings
