About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct proactive candidate scouting and sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases
  • Support interview scheduling and coordination for open roles
  • Create and maintain recruitment pipelines and reporting for the Senior TA Specialist
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations
  • Collaborate with the wider TA team on search strategy and role requirements
  • Support ad hoc reporting, presentations, and internal meetings
  • Work across all company departments and liaise mainly with Senior members
  • Report into the Talent Acquisition Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous experience with sourcing, Boolean search creation, and candidate conversations; even a short internship or academic project is welcome
  • Fluent Italian and English, used daily
  • Any additional European language is a plus, with preference for French, German, Dutch, or Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Availability for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work from the Milan Lambrate office, with possibility to work from home
