About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure and oversee institutional digital culture and technology projects, organizing timelines, owners, deliverables, milestones, and metrics
- Organize project tracking and present progress, risks, and recommendations to the People team, leaders, and executive management
- Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges that may affect deliverables, proposing courses of action and following up on next steps
- Support the analysis and advancement of Technology and Innovation initiatives, connecting business-area challenges with viable solutions
- Monitor trends and best practices in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital culture, translating them into practical applications
- Promote the responsible use of technology and AI, taking information security, privacy, ethics, and deliverable quality into account
- Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions and workshops on artificial intelligence, technology, and digital culture
- Adapt technical content into clear, practical language for different audiences
- Serve as a liaison between the People team, technical areas, and leadership, connecting priorities, roles, and deliverables
- Develop communication and engagement initiatives to strengthen digital culture
- Handle strategic and sensitive information with confidentiality, responsibility, and sound judgment
- Serve as the PMO within the People team, structuring, prioritizing, and monitoring the portfolio of initiatives while supporting the responsible adoption of AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Analytical thinking, autonomy, and the ability to lead multiple workstreams through delivery
- Experience applying or implementing artificial intelligence and technology solutions within teams or organizations
- Ability to engage with technical teams and support people with varying levels of knowledge
- Strong experience leading strategic or cross-functional projects
- Experience with prioritization, planning, risk management, metrics, and presenting results to leadership
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including selecting and adapting methods and ceremonies
- Applied knowledge of technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence
- Experience facilitating meetings with leadership
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions or workshops
- Clear communication skills
- Knowledge of public-sector management and its institutional challenges (a plus)
- Familiarity with governance, data protection, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence (a plus)
- Experience in People and Management, Organizational Development, or cultural transformation projects (a plus)
