About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Model building and drawings of electrical building services elements, including lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection systems, schematics, and schedules
Apply basic knowledge of electrical systems
Follow QA/QC procedures
Ensure quality and technical correctness
Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural services
Complete deliverables within time limits
Support project delivery across commercial, residential, retail, office, education, healthcare, airport, data center, hotel, sports, events, and metro projects
Work to international design standards and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical for building services (Revit modelling)
Degree or diploma in electrical & electronics engineering
Ability to manipulate Revit families creation, views, browser structure, sheets, schedules, filters and similar Revit functions
Navisworks generation and clash coordination
Basic knowledge in Dynamo
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work without the help of mark-ups
Exposure to platforms like BIM360 or ProjectWise preferred
Must hold a valid Right to Work (RTW) document in India
Acceptable RTW documents include a Passport, Voter ID, or Birth Certificate
