About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models using OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) and MicroStation
- Produce BIM deliverables including drawings, schedules, reports, and model-based documentation
- Manage project information, workflows, and document control through ProjectWise
- Participate in multidisciplinary model coordination, clash resolution, and design reviews
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, project standards, and information management requirements
- Conduct model QA/QC reviews and support continuous improvement of BIM processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve coordinated project delivery
- Support digital innovation, automation, and interoperability between Bentley and Autodesk platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of BIM modelling and coordination experience
- Proven experience using Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, MicroStation, and ProjectWise on multidisciplinary projects
- Experience delivering projects in buildings, transportation, aviation, water, or infrastructure sectors
- Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC is preferred
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline
- BIM-related certification preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards is desirable
- Must hold a valid Right to Work (RTW) document in India
- Acceptable RTW documents include a Passport, Voter ID, or Birth Certificate
