Requirements

What you’ll need

Training or experience in information technology
Experience in software development
Initial experience with ITSM tools such as Matrix42, ServiceNow, or Jira
Good knowledge of C#, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL, and PowerShell
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (M365), and IIS
