About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand how the company uses PIM to manage product information
- Enhance the application using Java
- Troubleshoot issues and assist users when unexpected events occur
- Use Informatica Cloud Data Quality to perform transformations and create, test, maintain and support data quality rules
- Analyze data for issues
- Execute data quality checks, including data profiling and scorecarding
- Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and improvements
- Develop and deliver educational materials, guidelines and documentation on data quality best practices and organizational implementations
- Provide training to team members and stakeholders on data quality processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality requirements and ensure adherence to data governance principles
- Provide accurate and complete data for design engineers sourcing electronic components on Mouser.com
- Maintain the Product Information Management system and data quality tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Experience working with the IDMC platform and IICS, including CDQ, CDI and CAI
- Experience with on-premises IDQ and Data Analyst tools
- Experience with enterprise PIM and APIs
- General understanding of data governance principles, data quality standards and data management initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Kanban and Lean
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Informatica PIM / Product 360
- IDMC Foundation Level Certification
- IICS Foundation Level Certification in any of CDI, CDQ or CAI services
- Experience with RDBMS, SQL query development and data analysis
- Experience troubleshooting Informatica cloud platform issues, reading logs and identifying issues
- Experience with a scripting language such as Core Java or Python for custom transformations
- Ability to maintain high standards of ethical conduct, honesty and integrity
