About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and transform the Procurement organization, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement.
Develop and own proactive technology sourcing strategies.
Leverage Ironclad, Productiv, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance procurement effectiveness.
Partner with Finance on annual and quarterly technology budget planning, forecasting, and spend analysis.
Drive system consolidation, streamline the vendor portfolio, reduce redundancy, and renegotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
Collaborate with Legal, IT, InfoSec, and senior leadership to assess risk, ensure compliance, and optimize contract terms.
Direct complex vendor negotiations to secure competitive terms, flexible license structures, and scalable contract models.
Lead evaluation and adoption of procurement and vendor management tools and platforms.
Serve as a senior escalation point for vendor and stakeholder issues and manage executive-level relationships.
Establish and drive procurement training and change management initiatives.
Maintain day-to-day operations for new vendors, renewals, and change orders according to SLAs and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven leadership experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor management at a senior level.
Experience implementing and managing procurement tools and contract management platforms (e.g., Ironclad/Docusign, SaaS Management, Orchestration tools).
Deep expertise in system consolidation, technology budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management related to technology procurement.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with deploying AI applications and system consolidation.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of driving cost savings and value through complex agreements.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Strategic thinking with a drive for continuous improvement and the ability to lead organizational change.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a dedication to high standards of operational excellence and data accuracy.
