Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Initial experience in or with the public sector
  • Experience modeling and documenting business processes, for example using BPMN
  • Knowledge of common business process management tools, such as Adonis, Camunda, or Signavio
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoyment of project work
  • Completed degree in public administration, business, social sciences, or political science
  • Interest in further developing the consulting approach to impact-oriented process management
  • Willingness to state a possible start date and salary expectations in the application
