About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create a wide variety of Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs), including subtitled, dubbed, 5.1, 7.1, Atmos, SMPTE and Interop packages.
  • Create file-based deliverables, subtitling and dubbing reference files, and other film deliverables.
  • Perform censorship edits, simple audio edits and conforms, technical validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the team with spot checks and short-form QCs.
  • Act as the primary contact for Account Managers and other departments to create theatrical and streaming materials for film releases.
  • Communicate with I/O, Subtitling and QC departments to troubleshoot problems in the field.
  • Support collaboration through communication, feedback, and problem-solving.
  • Work with other Content Services operators to deliver projects on time and to required standards.
  • Complete all administration-related elements for each order.
  • Understand workflows to hand over and pick up projects effectively when required.

  • Experience using R&S Clipsters, Resolve, etc. - Desirable
  • Proficient with modern office tools and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite—especially advanced Excel
  • Deep understanding of electronic content delivery and hard drive replication within the theatrical distribution space
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
