About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and edit accurate, high-quality English transcripts for video content
Maintain a flexible work schedule and deliver transcripts within 2 hours of video delivery
Manage transcription tasks using Sonix and Adobe Premiere
Work closely with MrBeast Production teams and CreatorGlobal Leadership
Streamline the transcription process and deliver transcripts forming the basis for global translations
Support weekly availability from 8pm–12am ET and ad-hoc projects averaging 2–10 hours per week

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native English speaker
MrBeast Superfan – you know the content, the creators, and the current trends
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and evenings, and weekdays occasionally; able to start transcription tasks immediately
Familiarity with transcription software such as Sonix, ElevenLabs, and/or editing software like Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
Entry-level to 1–2 years of experience in transcription or a similar role
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and fast turnaround times
Attention to detail and reliability in delivering consistent, quality work
