Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and contribute to projects designing, enhancing, and sustaining water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design expertise on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across diverse project types
  • Support quality delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License
  • Extensive water/wastewater design experience
  • Experience with process modeling or hydraulic modeling software preferred
  • Prior experience with task or project management is a plus
  • Strong self-motivation and commitment to continuous professional growth
  • Proven accountability and high technical standards
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and support technical development within the team
