About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform operational, regulatory compliance, and transaction/reporting functions within securities-based lending collateral monitoring
  • Apply operational and regulatory controls supporting transaction approvals across securities-based lending products funded by Morgan Stanley Banks
  • Communicate with Collateral Managers, Credit Risk, Technology and field teams
  • Implement new firm or regulatory directives
  • Assess the impact of directives on team policies and procedures
  • Supervise and develop direct reports
  • Support process improvement initiatives and team efficiency improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to drive change and improve team efficiencies
  • Self-motivated and willing to assume responsibility
  • Ability to supervise and develop a team of direct reports
