About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and service the Animal Health product portfolio
  • Support and promote Animal Health products and services, including Bio-Pharma products, Allflex ID products, and livestock monitoring services
  • Support veterinarians, dealers, resellers, and livestock producers in using products
  • Provide logistical support for market field trials with Sales and Tech Services
  • Develop and execute plans to engage customers and meet customer needs
  • Participate in field-based events, including trade show support and customer education
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and promptly
  • Identify and communicate problems to Sales and Tech Services
  • Actively support sales strategy across the region and territories through sales support activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary School, or an Animal Health related degree program
  • Completed at least 2 years of college coursework by June 2027
  • At least 20 years of age at the start of the internship
  • Available to work full-time for 12 weeks beginning 24 May 2027
  • Ability to travel 75%
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • General computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iPad use
  • Ability to be legally authorized to rent a car in the state of residence
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of the Animal Health and Animal Feed industries preferred
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Sales training and/or applied sales experience preferred
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • No visa sponsorship
