Manage large capital projects independently or a series of smaller projects within a portfolio across manufacturing, laboratory, and infrastructure lines of business
Manage an integrated project team to deliver critical assets on time and within budget
Lead development of project execution plans
Verify project scopes provide effective business solutions
Manage project processes through effective design strategies
Develop and implement procurement strategies
Manage project cost budgeting and control
Manage schedule development and control
Provide construction management oversight
Implement change management and control
Manage communications requirements through effective reporting and information distribution
Plan and mitigate project risks
Manage and implement commissioning, qualification, contract administration, and project close-out
Support internal and external manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and innovation
Travel to plant sites within the Americas as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience executing/delivering a variety of capital and/or expense projects
Experience managing an integrated project team to deliver critical assets on time and within a prescribed budget
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Ability to deliver project status and funding presentations in a concise, effective, and organized manner
Outstanding decision-making skills
Strengths in change management and team alignment
Ability to collaborate in a team environment sensitive to business needs
Ability to work at West Point, PA; Rahway, NJ; or Wilmington, DE
Ability to travel 50% of the time to support projects within the Americas
VISA sponsorship is not available
Lean Project Delivery Methodologies experience is a plus
