About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with global market access and pricing teams to identify and frame key business questions
- Support development of integrated research and analytics plans for global access strategies
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate insights into stakeholder-ready narratives and materials
- Apply large language models and agentic AI to market access use cases
- Integrate primary market research, secondary data, and external data sources
- Contribute to ex-US predictive models for pricing, access, and reimbursement scenarios
- Ensure scalability and reuse of insights
- Explain current access performance through descriptive insights
- Benchmark strategies and competitors through comparative insights
- Model future access outcomes through predictive insights
- Enable real-time insight delivery through technology
- Travel up to approximately 20%, primarily domestic
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline required
- MBA or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Statistics, Policy, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience delivering market research and insight projects in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- At least 3 years of experience in market access
- 2+ years in vaccines, infectious disease, or a related therapeutic area
- Strong understanding of the global pharma landscape and commercial analytics capabilities
- Strong understanding of vaccines and infectious disease access dynamics in the US, EU, CN, and JP
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to break down business questions into specific hypotheses and requirements to guide analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with appreciation for data-oriented analytical methods
- Ability to operate in an unstructured environment and create structure and clarity
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and prioritize work efficiently and effectively
- Experience in applying AI to business problems preferred
- Experience with Navlin or similar market access data platforms preferred
- Background in consulting or analytics preferred
- Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
