About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as subject matter expert for relevant supply chain processes
Lead training and onboarding meetings
Establish timelines and communicate key activities to stakeholders
Generate reports, analyze data, and present to senior management
Work with E2E planners, Product Leaders, and GLP planners to execute business processes
Maintain, develop, and enhance IT infrastructure supporting business processes
Collaborate with COSI, FP&A, Treasury, and other Financial Services departments
Support IRL, Qlik reporting, KPI Reporting tool, and master data processes
Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement and optimization opportunities
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains
Collaborate with digital support groups on process improvements and system design changes
Lead global supply chain management business processes including Global Inventory, IQV, LROP, and Production Plan development for financial forecasts and budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of working experience in supply chain management
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
Proven experience in supply chain data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Mastery of Kinaxis Rapid Response scenario planning platform
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functionally
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
Comprehensive understanding of company product lines and physical and financial supply chains
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change
Solid understanding of supply chain planning principles, including supply network planning and inventory management
Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Skill in creating graphs, pivot tables, pivot charts, and advanced functions for data analysis
Ability and willingness to learn SQL coding for data manipulation and analysis
Ability and willingness to learn new information platforms as business needs dictate
