About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess, lead, and manage end-to-end project management of major and complex supply chain changes
Drive cross-divisional and cross-functional teams to deliver targeted goals and timelines
Achieve project objectives and define business requirements through project management
Lead cross-functional projects establishing new sources of supply for registered materials or managing complex process changes with regulatory impact
Develop business cases and continually assess key business elements throughout the project lifecycle
Own and develop detailed project plans using standard tools and coordinate cross-functional groups
Manage multiple high-complexity projects with global supply chain impact and interdependencies
Lead and execute projects with small to large cross-functional teams
Define requirements for validation, regulatory filing, inventory builds, and inventory transition plans
Identify and mitigate risks; participate in Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Identify and escalate issues and conflicting agendas or priorities for resolution
Align teams to solve problems and introduce innovative risk-mitigation approaches
Ensure compliance, inter-project communication, integrated execution, consistency, and sharing of best practices
Manage virtual teams and influence horizontally and vertically
Maintain focus on project goals while facilitating detailed problem resolution
Foster cultural sensitivity, diversity, and effectiveness
Develop effective working relationships with Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Science, Engineering or related
Minimum of eight (8) years' combined and diverse experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Technology, Regulatory, or Procurement with a demonstrated record of solid achievements
Experience working in both strategic and tactical space
Product source changes and change control preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred
Flexibility with working schedule and availability to travel preferred
Experience with vaccines, biologics, therapeutic proteins, or sterile products preferred
Experience working with Global Human Health and 3rd party partners preferred
Skills including accountability, adaptability, biopharmaceuticals, budget development, clinical trial management, conflict resolution, data analysis, decision making, feasibility studies, global supply chain, innovation, inventory management, knowledge management, leadership, project management, project planning, project portfolio management, regulatory compliance, risk evaluation and mitigation strategy (REMS), and risk management
Skills including business requirements analysis and documentation, engineering principles, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Works, networking strategies, people engagement, problem solving, and regulatory affairs management
