About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a field-based Regional Clinical Liaison for HIV Treatments
  • Provide approved, on-label scientific and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals, national/regional KOLs/MOLs, key decision makers, and other stakeholders
  • Expand regional scientific presence by translating approved clinical evidence, treatment individualization concepts, and labeled product information
  • Create a regional feedback loop covering KOL influence networks, customer beliefs, resource gaps, and engagement or adoption barriers
  • Attend key sales meetings and national congresses as needed
  • Build compliant relationships with KOLs, MOLs, clinical leaders, regional societies, key influencers, and selected key decision makers
  • Provide disease and product education using approved resources consistent with labeling and field policies
  • Validate KOL/MOL targets and identify regional/local influence networks
  • Share approved insights with Scientific Strategy leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Use approved materials, gather structured feedback, and identify training, resource, or scientific support gaps
  • Support local and regional congresses, community events, and field engagement opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs
  • Gather actionable stakeholder insights to inform marketing strategies and brand planning
  • Maintain compliance with field policies, approved content, labeling, ethical standards, and company policies
  • Travel approximately 50%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, DNP/NP/PA); US residency/fellowship training preferred where applicable
  • Board certification or equivalent clinical specialization in infectious diseases, internal medicine, pharmacy practice, or related field
  • Current US professional licensure/credentialing appropriate to the role
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in the US
  • Direct HIV clinical care, HIV-focused public health experience, or HIV-related pharmacy experience ideally
  • Experience in a medical business-related role partnering with commercial teams preferred
  • Clinical, research, or public-health experience in HIV prevention or treatment preferred
  • Experience engaging community-based organizations and providers serving populations disproportionately affected by HIV preferred
  • Track record representing an organization at professional meetings preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Valid driving license
  • US and Puerto Rico residency required
  • No visa sponsorship available
