About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in developing and executing market access strategies for an in-line PD-1 asset
  • Help drive development and execution of payer and access strategy for a new asset
  • Contribute to projects on pricing, lifecycle gross-to-net, and discount/contracting assumptions
  • Support lifecycle management strategy for the PD-1 asset
  • Work cross-functionally with Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement, Market Research, policy, Global Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, compliance, legal, pricing, and other teams
  • Develop customer-specific strategies related to key regulatory and policy milestones
  • Develop comprehensive payer and market access strategies and execute them across relevant teams
  • Provide input into and execute payer value propositions, pricing strategies, channel-specific strategies, and branded promotional initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years' combined experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Marketing Customer Management, Managed Care, or Sales
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking, and planning skills
  • Proactive nature and ability to manage change, anticipate risks, and design controls or mitigation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient at leading across diverse departments and roles and effectively engaging senior management
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and decision-making skills with understanding of broader corporate strategies
  • Comfort and confidence working with diverse teams and backgrounds; demonstrates inclusive behaviors and seeks diverse perspectives
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare trends and policy issues and their potential impact on business opportunities
  • Ability to travel 10%
  • Experience with Analytical Thinking, Contracting Strategies, Customer Relationship Building, Data Analysis, Developing Pricing Strategies, Healthcare Trends, Inclusive Leadership, Market Access, Marketing Campaigns, Oncology Marketing, Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning, and Strategic Thinking
  • MBA and AD Level of Marketing or Managed Care/Payer Marketing preferred
  • Experience in Oncology/Oncology Payer/Buy-And-Bill preferred
  • Experience in lifecycle management preferred
  • Experience in biosimilars preferred
