About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales development for the defined area
  • Manage distributors/stockists and provide business development feedback to superiors
  • Manage distributor/stockist inventory and payments

  • Minimize product expiries through regular secondary sales
  • Submit DFAR/TE promptly
  • Liaise with veterinary colleges, institutions, and key accounts
  • Build rapport with milk unions, farmer forums, and NGOs
  • Manage outstanding payments and recoveries for ruminant products
  • Maintain sales growth and achieve annual targets
  • Expand ruminant products in the assigned territory
  • Attain desired growth according to the traffic light model
  • Implement and report through MAXX/Sales Force automation
  • Develop as a successful sales professional in a competitive marketplace
  • Complete management of distributors/stockists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, i.e., Sales/Marketing Course Certification
  • 2–3 years relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in the Ruminant/Animal Health Industry
