About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the continued transition and daily business operations of Health Registration Management and Veeva Registrations
  • Support the global business system user base and release of marketed and clinical products
  • Support compliance reporting and submissions to health authorities
  • Create, update, and implement process documentation, training materials, education resources, reports, metrics, and data governance
  • Support collaboration teams and workshop facilitators with requirements capture
  • Provide cross-functional support to ensure smooth user transition to the system platform
  • Support lifecycle management and change control process enablement
  • Facilitate updates to Business Execution Resources and create new resources when applicable
  • Transition, maintain, and evolve training content; gather user feedback and support rollout of updates
  • Create global HRM communications content and support multi-modality delivery
  • Work with subject matter experts to document and deliver requirements
  • Support Change Control Board activities, metric tracking, and meetings
  • Maintain HRM website content for topical materials delivered through the website or chatbots
  • Support continuity and consistency for additional Veeva implementation phases, including content planning, document management, and publishing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA in Biology, Health Sciences/Policy, Information Systems, Human Computer Interaction, or related disciplines
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others
  • Able to work independently to deliver objectives for the team
  • Documentation experience
  • Proficiency in website design and development
  • Ability to optimize user experience through research and design
  • Proficient in Veeva Vaults, specifically Veeva Registrations
