About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop high-level technical design and data mapping documents for business integration requirements
Own data integration and ingestion solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver data flow diagrams and source system inventories
Deliver assigned data pipelines end to end, including data cleansing, processing, and validation
Define and implement test strategies and test plans
Manage middleware testing and evidence
Collaborate with Solutions Architecture and Business Analyst teams to analyze requirements and prototype integration methods
Code, debug, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable products
Coordinate complex technology-driven initiatives within distributed and remote teams
Guide enterprise integration and data integration and ingestion roadmaps
Design ETL/ELT solutions and lead system and integration testing
Define standards and architectural toolkits for data integration
Translate data requirements into technical ETL specifications
Develop and maintain ETL workflows with performance and error handling mechanisms
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes
Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders on data architecture and integration strategies
Document integration processes, data mappings, and ETL workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
5+ years of experience with enterprise data integration technologies, including Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud services such as CDI, CAI, Mass Ingest, and Orchestration
5+ years of experience integrating systems through REST and custom APIs
5+ years of experience with relational database technologies and cloud data stores across AWS, GCP, and Azure
2+ years of experience applying the AWS Well-Architected Framework to cloud deployment, integration, and data engineering
Preferred experience with CI/CD processes and related tools including Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Artifactory
Proven expertise in Python and Shell scripting
Extensive experience designing reusable integration patterns using cloud-native technologies
Extensive experience with process orchestration and scheduling integration jobs in Autosys and Airflow
Experience in Agile development methodologies and release management techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles
