About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead LROP and Profit Plan efforts for sac-TMT across tumors
  • Drive planning, monitoring, and launch success across the team
  • Align global guidance and forecasts for sac-TMT with strategic forecasting and sac-TMT marketing teams
  • Coordinate forecasting and partnership with strategic forecasting, finance, and DDA colleagues
  • Build trusted partnerships with disease, asset, functional, regional, and market-based counterparts
  • Lead sac-TMT brand-direction forecasting efforts across indications for twice-yearly forecasts, Overlay, Profit Plan, and additional forecasts
  • Serve as point of contact with the forecasting team for new study forecasts during leadership reviews and prioritization gap analysis
  • Lead Trimester business reviews for sac-TMT
  • Establish and standardize post-launch performance reporting across indications with DD&A
  • Serve as new product leader for long-term registrational clinical trials and signal-finding studies
  • Evaluate new sac-TMT opportunities to address unmet patient needs in consultation with asset, tumor marketing, clinical, and medical colleagues
  • Advance global marketing and alignment across stakeholders for current and future indications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7+ years healthcare business experience in marketing, forecasting, sales, business development, cross-functional program development and management, market access and pricing, or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Understanding of healthcare trends, reimbursement, and policy issues and their potential impact on business opportunities
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong collaboration skills within commercial and cross-divisional teams
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets, lead sub-teams, and influence without authority
  • Understanding of forecasting approaches, scenario planning, and key inputs
  • Understanding of early clinical development and decision-making considerations for registrational trial investment decisions
  • Action- and solution-oriented approach to complex organizations and functions
  • Ability to build a structured approach in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with medical, clinical, international, regional, local, market access, and other cross-functional partners
  • High level of clinical acumen and scientific strategy/engagement experience
