About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maximize the global opportunity for the Women's Cancers franchise, focusing primarily on breast cancers
- Shape Women's Cancers indications across treatment settings
- Lead market assessment, disease strategy, clinical development input, launch strategy, market development, thought leader engagement, competitive dynamics, issues management, forecasting, opportunity valuations, and launch execution
- Develop commercial strategies with cross-functional partners
- Assess disease burden, patient journeys, unmet need, competition, and pipeline
- Provide commercial input to long-term pipeline development, target product profiles, development plans, forecasting, NPV, business cases, and scenario planning
- Provide commercial leadership across launch readiness, data gaps, market research, forecasting, budgets, customer interactions, events, congresses, and agency partner management
- Develop and execute global launch and commercialization strategies
- Generate market and customer insights using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Partner with Medical Affairs and Competitive Intelligence to differentiate products using clinical trial and competitor knowledge
- Ensure materials and initiatives comply with company standards and receive required approvals
- Engage with regional and country markets and provide strategic leadership and expertise
- Lead annual strategic and tactical planning and track execution through QBR and budget management
- Drive operational efficiency and deployment of global strategies
- Facilitate cross-regional learning and integration of best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
- 8+ years of Pharmaceutical Commercial experience, including Oncology and product launch experience
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing large complex initiatives
- Strong business judgment and ability to drive initiatives forward
- Ability to work through ambiguity
- Experience leading strategy development and implementation
- Ability to articulate insights and strategy messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership
- Ability to engage with complex scientific information and clinical data and distill insights into commercial implications
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
