About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support value evidence outcomes research plans and real-world evidence activities for in-line and pipeline products in prostate and kidney cancers
  • Conduct prospective and retrospective observational studies on disease burden, epidemiology, treatment patterns, healthcare resource utilization and costs, satisfaction, clinical and patient-reported outcomes, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and economic modelling
  • Develop American Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) dossiers for U.S. payers and Global Value Dossiers
  • Contribute to product development and marketing strategies across the product lifecycle to support market access and reimbursement
  • Work cross-functionally with clinical development, medical affairs, biostatistics, market access, commercial, and country affiliates
  • Develop and execute Value and Implementation plans and support reimbursement and market access
  • Assess reimbursement and market access drivers and barriers and provide input into clinical, regulatory, payer/access, marketing, and evidence-generation strategies
  • Design studies, author protocols, develop questionnaires, case report forms, data analysis plans, study reports, presentations, and publications
  • Manage study-related contracting, budgets, vendors, and partners in accordance with company policies, SOPs, regulations, and Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice
  • Develop supplementary clinical data packages for HTA agency submissions
  • Support country affiliates with local evidence-generation needs and adapt health economic evaluations and reimbursement dossiers
  • Communicate outcomes research and health economic modelling data to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of scientific and methodological developments
  • Build relationships with scientific experts worldwide
  • Present outcomes research data at national and international congresses and publish scientific articles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctoral degree (PhD, MD, DrPH, ScD, or PharmD with fellowship) in a relevant discipline: Health services research, Outcomes research, Epidemiology, Public health, Health economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or Pharmacy administration
  • Four or more years of experience post-doctoral degree, or 7+ years of experience post master’s degree, in life science industry conducting NIR and generating Value Evidence
  • Oncology experience
  • Knowledge of decision making, emotional intelligence, networking and partnerships, innovation, and the evolving payer and reimbursement environment
  • Skills in data analysis, data management, evidence gathering, health economics, market assessments, market opportunity analysis, observational studies, outcomes research, pharmacoeconomics, product management strategy, qualitative analysis, research reporting, stakeholder negotiations, stakeholder relationship management, strategic planning, study design, value propositions, and values assessment
  • Real World Evidence (RWE) preferred
  • U.S. and Puerto Rico residency required
  • Visa sponsorship available
