About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the International Pricing team to design and implement a data-driven framework measuring value created by International Pricing
  • Develop methodologies, dashboards, and business metrics demonstrating pricing recommendations' influence on revenue, access, launch sequencing, pricing risk mitigation, and portfolio performance
  • Design a methodology to quantify value generated through International Pricing recommendations and interventions
  • Develop KPIs covering revenue preservation, PAR recommendations, International Reference Pricing risk mitigation, launch sequencing, pricing strategy adoption, and access and reimbursement outcomes
  • Create a repeatable process for measuring realized versus projected impact
  • Collect and consolidate data from pricing systems, PAR records, forecasts, market submissions, and business cases
  • Develop analytical models estimating financial and strategic value created by pricing decisions
  • Build dashboards and reports at product, market, regional, and portfolio levels
  • Identify trends and drivers influencing pricing outcomes
  • Map workflows and decision points; identify automation opportunities
  • Recommend enhancements to improve transparency, consistency, and efficiency
  • Document processes and create user guides
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, gather requirements, and align on success metrics
  • Present findings, recommendations, and prototypes to leadership
  • Translate complex pricing concepts into clear business insights
  • Deliver a documented International Pricing Value Framework, KPI dashboard, value-creation methodology, governance recommendations, and executive-level presentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Health Economics, Market Access, Public Health, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • US and Puerto Rico residents only
  • No visa sponsorship
  • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R
  • Preferred: Interest in pharmaceutical pricing, market access, health economics, or healthcare strategy
  • Preferred: Familiarity with KPI development and business process improvement
  • Preferred: Experience creating dashboards and executive presentations
